My practice is private pay only. Please inquire about my superbill option if you would like a document to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Cancellation/Late Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session as I will not be left with enough time to find a replacement booking for that hour.
If you are late for an appointment, I will call to check up on you after about 15 minutes. I am willing to see you whenever you arrive, but your session will end at the scheduled time and you will be billed for the length of session that you were booked for.
